Terms of Purchase – GoProl

These Terms of Purchase govern all orders placed through GoProl (the “Website”) for action cameras, accessories, and related products. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Order Placement & Confirmation

When you place an order on our Website, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products. We will send an order confirmation email to the address provided within 24 hours of receiving your order, which confirms we have received your request. A contract between you and GoProl is formed only when we dispatch your order (at which point a shipping confirmation email will be sent).

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All product prices listed on the Website are in United States Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes (where required by law).
  • We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods as indicated at checkout.
  • Payment must be completed in full at the time of order placement. Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully authorized.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Delivery Time: All orders (domestic and international) are delivered within an estimated 6–12 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times may vary slightly due to local customs procedures, regional logistics, or unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, holidays).
  • Shipping Cost: We offer free global shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Return Eligibility: You may return unused, unopened, and undamaged products for a full refund within 60 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.

5. Limitations

  • GoProl is not liable for delays in delivery caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters, carrier disruptions).
