  • The product is returned in its original, unused, unopened, and undamaged condition.
  • All original packaging, accessories, user manuals, and tags are included with the returned item.
  • The product is not a customized or personalized item (unless it is defective).

2. Non-Eligible Items for Refunds

Refunds will not be processed for:

  • Products returned after the 60-day period.
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
  • Products without their original packaging or missing accessories.
  • Digital products or downloadable content (if applicable).

3. Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request within 2 business days. If approved, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Return the Product: Ship the product back to the address provided in the RA email, making sure to include the RA number on the package. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the refund is due to a defective product or an error on our part (in which case we will provide a prepaid shipping label).

4. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item (to confirm it meets the eligibility criteria), we will process the refund within 5-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider, typically ranging from 1 to 5 additional business days.

5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be issued:

  • If the product is returned with minor damage that does not affect its functionality.
  • If some accessories or parts are missing from the returned item.

The amount of the partial refund will be determined based on the condition of the product and the value of any missing items.
